Bilateral tenosynovits with CRPS(RSD)

June 07 B tenosynovitis dx'd by private doc. he said overworking hands and wear braces at night. Told supervisor at work and since there were no job restrictions she kept my same job assignment. In Oct 07 my doc then told me looked like a wc case and to report it as he does not see wc pts. Filed and Oct 07 they did retro icase back to June 07. TDD as no use of R arm hand and partial use of L but work will not let me work that way. Had PT for 12 sessions, nerve conduction tests and pain got worse and new symptoms arose. Saw Occ Med doc again did xrays blood work and was baffled all unremarkable. He sent me to Pain management doc and was dx with CRPS I. Treating me now with antidepressents just started and no other pain management done for entire case except anti inflammatories, muscle relaxants then they were dc'd as they did not work after 2 mos of use. I have temp difference on fingers, hair loss on hands, burning sensation, skin discoloration and pain almost all the time ranging from wrist to forearm up to shoulder at times. I now cannot sleep at night and my head feels weird from the new med. I love my job but not sure what to do now. I do not go back to occ med doc until Feb 08 and have now lost my med benefits from job
