my boss slapped me in the back excessively hard ,because she was frustrated myco worker sawthe incident

You can tell the police you were physically assaulted and want to file charges... and then you'll be fired.

You can file a workers Comp claim, but you didn't sustain temporary or permanent disability or any need for treatment, so you'll get zero ... then probably be 'papered' for months for every little safety situation until you are fired.

i don't see a solution where you recover anything and keep your job. PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB.
