Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Brain Hemmorage
Hello : Several years ago I had a brain hemmorage ,this happened at work ,Was not taken to hospital ,I was driven home then taken to the hospital.What are the statue of limitations on this .Has it been too long 1991 ?

Much too long. If it is a Workers' Compensation claim you are thinking about, you can make a claim within one year of any WC benefits being provided.
