Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I use to work driving truck for J.B.Hunt . Duties included drop and hook of trailors at the rail . This was a 10-12 hr shift ,5 day aweek.

I didnt file a complain on the job,of fear of losing my job. My brusitius is worse ,cant even sleep on my right side any more. I dont work anymore driving ,its been 2004 since I worked for J.B.Hunt. Is it to late to file aclaim. PS I did file a claim for a torn sternum(chest).
