What is the stipulation on TDD & PD pay. Injury was 6/01 dominant right shoulder, and the Insurance QME says I am P&S, but my DR & serugon say TDD still. Ins co like to pay the PD amount, and I need another surgury, but surgeon is refusing until I see a pain psychologist, and ins keeps refusing. Can the ins co keep switching me back and forth even though my Drs disagree? I also found out the QME was my surgeons attending, is this a conflict of intrest?
