Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

California Workers' Compensation Scale

My husband was in a work related car accident, and they are estimating him at approx. 30% permanent and stationary disabled. What is the scale for California workers comp ? In other words, is there a price amount per percentage disabled for when we settle?

Re: California Workers' Compensation Scale

30% disabled does equal a dollar figure, but without knowing when you were P&S'd, it would be impossible to give a dollar figure.
