Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

if you get into a car accident on the job receive workers comp and afterwards win your accident case do you have to pay it back out of your settlement?

If your employer's worker's compensation insurance carrier paid for medical treatment, then they can place a lien to be reimbursed. However, you can have two separate settlements.
