Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

carriers delay for surgery

My dr says surgery to my low back. The AME said surgery to my low back. Xexam of AME said WC industrial. Now setup to see new AME the first no longer does AME work. New AME 7-24-07.Carrier cancelled! now its Jan 08. Can something be done to the carrier?

Once you go to AME, the insurance company is bound by his findings. If the AME doesn't do the AME work the AME report is still binding. Call us at 213.388.7070 and fax us a copy of the AME report (fax no. is 213.388.7072) to see how we can assist you.
