Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have a case in Los Angeles CA and I live in SC it has been going on sence 1992 , I have been tring to settle it, but the State Fund is making it very hard to settle. In 1992 I went to trail and won a sexaul harassment case. It was reopened a year later, the Atty handling my case would not settle and died in 2004. The Atty who took over and I had many difference and she quit after setting up more doctor appt. And functional capacity evaluation appt. And a deposition all of this taking me from my home for almost a mth. I can't do that , my husband has just finished with cancer treatment , I just want the case closed , please if there is anyone willing to help me I am in need of help, I know it is asking a lot of someone but if there is an Atty willing to get this settled , they drug this on so long I just can't leave my family for all these appt. Please will someone help me!

You need to contact attorneys in Southern California to see if any will handle your case. It will be difficult since you have had two attorneys. It does not sound correct that it has been going on since 1992; also, sexual harassment is not a WC injury.
