Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

If I have a case settled with full med on my back 20yrs.ago.Can a change in Ca. law change my settlement?

Since it is an agreement with a private party, there should be no effect upon youruor settlement. If you want more reassurance, speak to a senior member of the company's Claim Department or one of their in house senior attorneys if they have them.
