Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Do I have a case?

I was wondering if I can file a claim

with an agency that I was working

for 2 days but I had been working for

them for a while, this was a new

assignment for a data entry position,

but come to find out that it was just

scanning x-ray files that was heavy

to where my hands and wrist hurts.

I am a very good data entry clerk.

Now I don't know if i am going to be

able to work for a while due to the

pain and cuts on my hands from the

files.
