Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Do I have a case?

Around three years ago, my husband got injured at work. He filed a workers compesation claim. The insurance agreed to cover any future doctors or medicine expensives if his conditions got worse. Until now the insurance hasn�t returned our calls and my husband conditions have gotten worst. My husband is 35 years old. Also, due to his condition we haven�t have intimacy for a long time because he has been in pain. My husband has a growth in one of his ingrown due to the job he was performing.
