Cash out medical claim?

I am 28, have 20% disability in my lower back w/ L5 S1 fusion w/ degenerative disk disease. I am thinking about cashing out my medical claim. approximately how much is my claim worth. I have had no surgeries b/c my md tries to avoid it at all costs. i have been through tons of Physical therapy to no avail, what am I at risk of?

Your question is vague. Have you had an AME determining the rating of your disability or you were told by your treating physician? You will have a problem with "apportionment" due to your degenerative disk disease.
