Changing From HCO to MPN

We just finish our Deposition last June 29,2006. On July 15,2006. Our Company change their insurance From HCO to MPN and change also the insurance. I suppose to recieve my TTD last Friday but they stop it.and my employer said that all old claim will all transfer to new insurance comapny is this legal. Do you think our former insurance will not pay me anymore. Please help me

Your employer changing insurance coverage for workers compensation does not affect your right to benefits. Your right to collect benefits may be enforced against your employer under Cal. Labor Code � 3753.

If you do not receive the benefits you are entitled to, you should consult with your attorney and ask your attorney to take action to get the benefits or if they are not forthcoming to seek a hearing.
