If you are placed on temporary total disability (TTD), you are entitled to no more than 104 weeks of benefits. Your benefit rate is 2/3 of your average weekly wage up to a certain maximum amount, depending upon your date of injury. For example, if you were injured in 2010, your temporary disability benefit rate would be 2/3 of your average weekly wage, up to a maximum of $986.69 per week.
