compensation for dr's visits

If you have a work related injury and are released back to work but still need to go to the Dr or Physical Therapy, is the time you miss from work to see the Dr suppose to be compensated by the employer or by workers comp?

Travel expense is recoverable. Time off work requires a minimum of 4 days for compensation as temporary total disability. Contact me directly.
