Compensation limits for stress and future med

was assaulted by student, sustained injury to hip, neck and shoulder, developed strss related systoms, when almost happened again I became so upset I was unable to return for fear of beng hurt again and no safe guards were put in place to help with making us safe. I would like to settle with the district and move on. My question, by law what is the limit of stress compensation and future med I can ask for. I do not want to keep mde with workcomp carrier I want to buy out?

How much you receive is directly related to your level of permanent disability. Therefore, without knowing much about your P.D. it's impossible to say. However, without an attorney, you'll always receive less.
