Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I'm considering a compromise and release in my work comp case, but would like to pursue an already filed 132 action. Is it ok to do so, or does the comp & release negate that? I have definitive proof of the discrimination claim provided by the employer!

The Compromise and Release will not affect the 132a, providing that there is no language in the C&R that might include the 132a. You should have a local comp attorney review the C&R to make sure.
