Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Concussion at work

I took a fall; hit my head then a

large object fell on it. I screamed,

everyone heard me but no one

came to my aid. My employer took

the incident lightly. After my shift, I

went to the hospital and was

diagnosed with a concussion. My

employer gave me no information

on worker's compensation and

they're in New York 90% of the

time. I'm not sure what to do; I

don't know if they even have

insurance.
