Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I am confused as to my benefits

I was injured @ work, after research, had knee surgery, lost all my Union benefits, (no health, eye care, dental) lost my employment. Was diagnosed w/ a 16% permanent disability now. Prior to the injury, I was undergoing treatment for depression, (through a therapist..w/ medication) Lost all this w/ benefits after work injury!

Now have small payments throught a Insurance Co,...which shall end soon..do not know what to do now?
