Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Confused
Injured on the job a few weeks ago and have been scheduled for physical therapy 3 days a week. I usually go on my lunch time which is 2:00pm- 2:30pm. When I get back from therapy I clock back in. So my lunch is half an hour by the time I get back it's like 3:15-3:30. I was told at the doctors office that since I was injured at work my therapy hours and doctor visits should be on work time. My boss says my appointments need to be on my days off. What is the case, Either my doctors and physical therapy time on or off the clock?
