Only a little penalty, 10% of the bill. People with Comp injuries have their credit ruined daily.

Your Assemblyman, your State Senator and your Governor REFUSED to put in any provision for an insurance company to repay damage to a workers' credit.

Injured workers' credit is of no concern to your Governor and Assembly and Senator. You don't make million-dollar contributions to their campaigns.

But Hartford and Travelers and Athens and AIG/Chartis and Zenith...that's another story.

STRATEGY: HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY PREPARE A PETITION FOR SANCTIONS for tactics designed to delay and harass plus a petition for penalties for refusal of treatment because they refused to pay the bill until after it went to collections ... then next bills will likely be dealt with on time..
