Value of decision from QME

Thank you for the answer....Can you give the $ value (LOW TO HIGH) of such decission I am 52 y old customer service in a bakery of a retail chain .

DRE CATEGORY 2 lumbar with a 5% impairment of the whole person

I am under WC for 18 months this is report from QME

5% rating alone is about 3 to 4 thousand dollars and if you adjust it based on age and occupation then it will be higher may be to 7 to 8% range. There is a value in the necessary future medical that you may negotiate to get top dollars. If you need representation, call us at 213.388.7070.
