what in a declaration of readiness to proceed when it relies on the report of an ame?

I sure hope you have a workers compensation attorney. A declaration of readiness can be on many issues. I assume the AME has made a permanent and stationary report. The declaration of readiness would most likely involve the issue of permament disability benefits and vocational rehab. Without more info, I don't know!!
