Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I think I have developed a allergy from the dust or maybe paint at work.

Waiting to see a specialist the other doct. hasn't found anything wrong with my lungs my employer has no other area that I can work in I'm temporaly on the other side of the shop but can't stay there permanentley because theres not proper ventalation for the work I do I.E. painting and sanding and would expose other workers to

dust and my phone is on the other side and i must manage jobs sometimes what can I do he says maybe i need to look for a job in a different enviroment???

You need to be examined by an independent and/or a neutral doctor (called AME or panel QME) and if that doctor found your allergy to be related to your job then you may be entitled to compensation.
