Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
okay, so I have been on disability, for about 5 weeks now. My doctor and I have determined through process of elimination that the reason I am having headaches and the reason that my pseudo tumor cerebri is coming back is because of chemicals that I am being exposed to at work. I dont want them to be sued... but I dont want to get screwed either... I can't work there anymore, but I also can't prove that it is the checmicals that are doing this to me... help?!?!

I can appreciate that you do not want to make a claim against your employer. But if you quit without making claim it will make it much more difficult to obtain workers compensation benefits.
