disclousure of other party rights and priviledges
when a med legal appt. has been made and the other party objects to the non disclosure being served on the doctor and it is seved anyway, what are the options of the other party? that has been offended?

Read labor code section 4062.3 and see if you have any objections to the procedures followed by defendant. If so, bring them to the court's attention before the examination.
