Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Dismissal of attorney

I like to dismiss my attorney. I was seen by the AME 6 months ago, who declared me disabled. The Ins. company still has not start paying me any benefits, arguing that I am not with a MPN doctor. I asked my attorney to put me back in the MPN, but she does not do it. Can I dismiss her, and if so, do I still have to pay her full 15%, even if I represent myself? Thank you much.
