Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Doctor starts receiving payments from my pending workers comp case

Hello, I have had a workers comp case pending since 1997 and have been seeing the same doctor (for job related stress/harrassment reasons) and recently, my doctor told me he has just started to receive money for my visits to him, however, my case is still pending after 3-4 years, and I wonder DOES THIS MEAN I WILL WIN MY CASE? You should be preparing your case for a win with an aggressive experienced worker's compensation attorney. It sounds as if you are just coasting and letting the insurance company stall their way through your claim. You should be recieving benefits and your doctor should have been paid all along.
