getting another doctor
my w/c doctor retired, he was a pain specialist, i am trying to have w/c get me another doctor in the same field, they said they don't have to. It has been 5 months and they still will not ok a doctore what do i do.

The workers Compensation insurance carrier is not telling you the truth. You have a right to change your primary treating physician. If they have medical provider network (MPN), then you have to choose a doctor within the network. 1) file a penalty petition
2) reqeust an expedited hearing by filing a DOR
3) call the I&A office or get representation.
