Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

DRX9000 Spinal Decompression Treatment!

I injured my lower back at work and sustained three herniated discs. I basically have two choices epidrul shots or surgery.

I contacted a chiroprator who treats herniated discs among other injuries drug and med free using the Drx9000.

My question is, would it be likely that I can get this treatment approved thru workmans comp if the Doctor excepts Gallagher Bassett insurance?

Thank you,

Phil

Re: DRX9000 Spinal Decompression Treatment!

Unless this physician is in the Gallagher Bassett MPN, the answer is no. At this point your options are to request a referral to a physician who has a DRx9000, or change physicians to one who has the DRx9000. However, you must still deal with the MPN issue and the 24 visit cap on chiropractic visits.
