Employee injure
`The employee sue me for the back pain to collect disibilities, I don't have workers'compensation, I pay him cash, and I don't have any asset at all. What can I do to protect my business asset?

you should speak with a comp defense attorney right away and try to get the case settled before it reaches the uninsured employers fund UEF. Not only are your business assets at risk, but your personal assets as well
