Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Employee strained a muscle. Per 1 time dr visit time will heal strain. Company paid dr visit treating claim as 'first aid' claim. Employee took 1 day off following dr visit. Should employer pay or should this go again employee's acrrued sick time?
