Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Employeed in sales, straight commission. Am I covered by workers comp?

I am employeed by a company as a sales rep.

Today, while following a company lead, and while in the potential customers home, I injured my knee. I did not let the customer know this, but rather I completed my presentation and left.

My knee is now swollen and I am affriad that I may have damnaged something in there.

Though I carry my own health insurance (which carries a dedictable) am I covered under workers comp?
