Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Can your employer change your work schedule from a 4 day(40hour) week to a five day week and make you observe holidays instead of paying you for them, when you are injured on the job?

A more elaborate answer, but which in all likelihood will have be the same, is it depends. If he is doing it to punish you or discriminate against you because of your industrial injury, that is not allowed. But if the same would have occurred even if you had never been injured, your boss as the right to determine work hours. So probably it is ok what your employer did.po
