Can an employer force an injured employee to use sick and/or vacation days when gone for physical therapy needed for wc injury?

No. While you are working, if you need to take some time off for medical treatment you have to be considered as though you did not lose any time from work. If you are off on TTD, you only get the flat workers' comp. payment. The decision as to whether you want to use vacation time or sick leave to supplement TTD is your decision and unless you have a written contract stating to the contrary you are the only one who can decide if you want to use it.
