Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I assume since over a month has passed that this issue has been resolved. Your employer can direct you to see a Dr. and not allow you back to work if he has a reasonable belief you might injury yourself or some one else. He can not force you to see a Dr., but he can take the position that you can not return to work until you have seen a Dr. and that you are not allowed to go off on sick leave without a Dr.'s examination.
