You have to change your treating doctor. When your treating doctor sent you back to work with no restriction in fact it means no injuries or 100% recovery. If the new doctor determines your injuries then you will be entitled to further medical treatment, temporary disability benefits, a settlement for permanent disability and vocational rehabilitation.
