Hi,

If I have filed for a worker's comp claim now but in the future apply for a job with a different employer, will my WC claim impact on my future job application and hiring if the new employer have a back ground search?

You should be very careful about a new job you are applying for. It is very likely you may have restriction regarding your injury and you need to keep that in mind that by working in the same capacity you may re-injure or aggravate your condition and it will complicate your case.
