Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My encino, ca atty has not settled my case in calif after more than a decade. what are my rights under ca wc law

Thank G-d I don't have any cases that old in my firm, being that I'm also in Encino.

With that said, sometimes a case can continue for 10 years or more, although there are few that do. Each case is different and there are many factors which can cause a case to last ten years or more.
