Re: ethics violation by workers comp doctor

I am sorry that ths happened to you, but you probably are not going to be able to do much as to him. Is he still in practice? Write him a letter as to an explanation although he probably will have no memory of you. Send a copy of all the medical records and an objective statement of the facts to the WCAB Medical Bureau and see whta they cna do. Do the same with the local medical association. Do not accuss him of being a quack, etc., just sttae calmly thta he refused to look at your records and the Md who di dsaw the problems. But he will say why did you not catch it in three years, your symptoms were inconsistent with the MRI's, those are not the MRI's he was shown, etc. Unfortunately, I suspect the best thing to do is try to put it aside because no one will really be able to help you. And I donot think it would be considered a violation of ethics as opposed to malpractice.
