Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

if insurance company has a PI take statements from co-wokers in work comp case can I have those statements they were used to deni my case .Insurance says that was in house and I cant have them and I dont know what was said.

you need to subpoena the materials. Call the information and assistance office to help with the subpoena.
