Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

can I get evidence such as statements from other workers if Im on my own ,or from Comp. insurance carrier.They had a P.I.take these.

You can either have the co-worker/witness draft a declaration under the penalty of perjury, or have the co-worker testify. Please note that co-workers usually do not like to testify because their job is more important to them than your case.
