failure to pay doctor for care following an on-the-job injury

my son was injured on the job,he notified employer and was told to seek medical care. the doctor was not paid, treatment was not completed and he is being threatened by a debt recovery organization. who should he contact and what are his rights?

did your son file a worker's compensation claim yet?
