Fair Settlement
How do I know that I am getting a fair settlement from a workers comp injury? How do they base theit payscale to fit me personally? At what point should I contact a lawyer?

Anyone trying to operate their own comp case always fails. Comp is very complex. The defense reports will give you a low rating for your injury so they do not have to pay you much for your injury.
