Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
In Feb 2005, I slipped at my job in CA and injuried my lower back. Off work on and off per dr's orders. By Dec 2005 I developed DVT and PE. Employer's ins co has acknowledged both. What am I entitled to?

Second, this is a 2005 injury and the 5 year statute of limitations per labor code section 5410 is past. If you have not filed an application by now, you may find yourself in a bind.
