Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
how do i fight this ?
my fiancee was injured on the job last april. she went back to work with company doctor restrictions. in the next 90 days her injury went from tennis elbow to having surgery for carbule tunnel, a torn bicept muscle, and severe tendinitus. from the moment she went back to work she was verbal harrassed/abused, given 4 write ups 4 quality and quantity of work, threatened with suspensions, and never had her restrictions adhered to nor was given any help. management refuse to even listen to her and went as far as to make remarks about her age and disability like it was a joke at her expense. understand that her work history, experience and job performance is over all expectations and has far exceeded any/all predecessors including the 90 days in questioned. we have all documentations(writeups,dr's reports) . if u get store quarterly reports and compare her store earnings to any/all before her it is a 4k dollar difference. what can we do to fight this?
