Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have filed a w/c case with date of injury being 03/18/2016.,my atty did not file for serious and willful misconduct yet.Is it to late to file?

Seems i'ts too late. you might research possible exceptions... like, did the Application state "S&W" on the issues ? Was the employer given notice of the S&W within one year, like a copy of the S&W petition served by mail maybe?
