Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

fired due to Work Comp CA

My employer wrote me a short email while on Work Comp-TPD. Saying ''I need to look for work elsewhere, things are slow.'' The two woman are working out fine.''

We have always had at least 3-4 people in his VET practice, and it is seasonal, slow then busy.

Also, it would seem to me he could not hire any new people before offering me my job back first?
