Fired While on Workers Comp
I have been out since 5-03 on worker com.I have not been rated, still under care of dr, nor a ame rating.Employer sent letter firing me ststing they cant accomodate me even if I retured,been employed there over 14 yrs,also retirement sts 6500 max-I am over 55-if I am found epwrm disabled-do they have to give me a medical disability which s/b higher?
